Top two players in the open event will qualify for the World Championship Candidates Tournament and the top two players in the Women s Grand Swiss will qualifying for the Women's Candidates.

Anish Giri and Vaishali Rameshbabu won FIDE Grand Swiss Open and FIDE Grand Swiss Women respectively.
